Hostel Terms and Conditions

1. General Guidelines

Residents must adhere to all hostel rules and policies. The management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

Only registered tenants with valid identification are allowed. Accurate information must be provided during registration.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made prior to occupancy. A refundable security deposit will be collected. Refunds are subject to terms on damages and violations.

5. Code of Conduct

Behavior disruptive to others is not tolerated. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Misconduct will result in eviction.

6. Room Allocation

Rooms are assigned based on availability. Requests for changes must be approved by management.

7. Cleanliness and Maintenance

Residents must keep rooms and common areas clean. Damages to hostel property will result in repair charges deducted from the security deposit.

8. Visitors Policy

Visitors are only allowed during specified visiting hours. No overnight stays are permitted.

9. Curfew and Security

Residents must adhere to the curfew timings of 11:00 PM. Unauthorized entry into restricted areas is not allowed.

10. Prohibited Items and Activities

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs, and possession of hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

11. Internet and Utilities

Internet access is provided for academic and general use. Abuse of resources or access to inappropriate content is prohibited.

12. Personal Belongings

The hostel is not responsible for the loss of personal items. Residents are advised to secure valuables in lockers provided.

13. Emergency Situations

In case of emergencies, residents must follow staff instructions promptly. Medical emergencies must be reported immediately.

14. Liability and Disclaimer

The hostel is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, or events beyond its control. Residents are advised to arrange personal insurance as needed.
